An Accountability Partner

Reaching out to a dietitian can be a little intimidating, especially if you have had a bad experience in the past. I promise we will laugh, maybe even cry a little, but you will leave feeling better than when you arrived! I’ll be providing accountability as well as guidance as you become your own nutrition expert. I have the map, but you are the driver.

Problem Solving & Celebrating

Each session will be a chance for us to discuss your progress, problem solve through challenges and celebrate your successes. Feeling fabulous about food and your body is a marathon, not a sprint - I’ll be there to help you overcome whatever roadblocks you hit. I’ll also be your best cheerleader when you succeed!

Custom Reports & Exercises

You will receive a custom summary report at the end of each session as well as appropriate “homework,” journaling exercises, and reading materials. As the driver you are never forced to do an activity, and we move at the pace that feels right for you. Sometimes, just having someone truly listen as you talk through your concerns is the best medicine!

If you live in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Indiana and have Blue Cross, Cigna, Personal Choice, Keystone, Highmark, or Aetna Insurance, you can schedule an appointment and your visits may be covered 100%.

  • Initial visit (1 to 1.5 hours) This first session is a chance for me to really get to know you. We will go through your dieting/eating history and talk through current food and body struggles, your health concerns and wellbeing. Together we will begin to problem solve.
  • Follow-up visits (as appropriate) 45 minutes each. A chance to check-in, figure out what is or isn’t working, explore your sticking points, and delve deeper into your relationship with food and your body.
  • In session we will discuss and explore Intuitive Eating concepts, address body image concerns, learn how to tune in to and trust your body, problem solve challenges and create tailored goals to meet your unique needs.
  • You will receive an emailed summary after each session, and so much love and support from yours truly!
